bryce canyon is one of my favorites / 10.17.16

It’s impossible to explain to someone why this place is so beautiful…I feel like it’s just something you need to experience for yourself.

Bryce was one of those parks that only took a day for us to explore…But was one of the most memorable. It’s the combination of the vast landscape, how un-touched so much of it still is, and the crazy formations that pop up within the canyon- that make this place so memorable for me.

We hiked one trail here, well, actually two combined, and the rest of the day we just pulled out at lookout points. We did kind of a loop, connecting the two trails into one. This trail is rated number one on AllTrails, and was the hike the rangers recommended to me when I asked “if you could do one hike in Bryce, what would it be?”. The loop is Queens Garden, to Navajo Trail (or vice versa). The combination of the two has been referred to as “the worlds best 3 mile hike”, by I don’t know who, but I believe them.

I would call this hike moderate, going up and down some pretty steep ascents- but all so worth it. This is just one of those things I would highly recommend for anyone visiting Utah, go out of your way to go to Bryce. I would call this hike moderate, going up and down some pretty steep ascents- but all so worth it.
